Personal
I am a Midwestern native having been born and raised in a small town in Ohio. Growing up, I was always busy with extra-curricular activities for school, church and sports. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Hotel Administration. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, harness horse racing and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations.

About Me!

With over 26 years experience in the luxury residential real estate sector of the industry, John has been licensed as a broker in four states: Florida, Indiana, Nevada and New Jersey. John is also a licensed mortgage broker in the state of Florida.

John was an award-winning RE/MAX pioneer in Ocean County, New Jersey before he sold homes out in Las Vegas to stars like Tony Danza and soul singer James Brown, was named Managing Broker of the new Boca Raton office of J.C. DeNiro International Realty, Inc.

In l986, DiGirolomo opened RE/MAX By The Sea, a franchise real estate office in Lavallette, NJ. Prior to that he had won every major listing and sales contest at every realty office he worked, including Bunnell Real Estate in Seaside Park and Crossroads Realty in Brielle, NJ.

While at RE/MAX, he took extensive recruiting courses and management training in New Jersey, Colorado and Pennsylvania. He was Chairman of the Advertising Committee for RE/MAX of New Jersey and throughout his tenure with RE/MAX; he was a member of the "One Hundred Percent Club," the international realty firm's highest achievement award.

In 1991, he sold his real estate brokerage firm and moved to Las Vegas and joined RE/MAX VIP Realtors, where he listed and sold homes for celebrity clients, then relocated to South Bend, Indiana where he helped his brother open "Just Aerobics and Fitness Center," a health club where he served as an outside VP of sales and marketing, while working for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.

DiGirolomo relocated to Boca Raton in l995 and joined J.C. DeNiro's real estate office in Delray where in the first three months he listed 17 homes. In 1999, among his transactions, were two properties he sold for more than $2.5 million each, plus other properties in the $500,000 range. By June of 2000, John was named managing broker of the newly opened Boca Raton office.

In 2001, John was names Recruiting Director for Boca Raton’s RE/MAX Services’ three offices. “John’s track record of putting together productive offices is most impressive and will be a real asset to our expanding organization,” said Steve Serle, Broker/Owner of Boca Raton’s RE/MAX Services.

In 2002, John DiGirolomo teamed up with broker Elaine Russell and formed the company Carriage Trade Properties. Carriage Trade Properties specialized in high-end residential real estate for several years. In 2004, John relocated to Port St Lucie, FL, where he worked as a Broker/Associate for RE/MAX Midway. DiGirolomo was a top producer nearly every month during his first year and then decided to open his own firm, JD and Associates, LLC.

John ran the company for two years with a staff of six and then rejoined RE/MAX Midway where he specializes in high-end residential properties. He specialized in higher value residential real estate throughout the state of Florida.
